About the Role

Teup is hiring a Founding Community & Growth Associate to help shape and expand the community from the earliest stage. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founding team to connect with users, plan and host activities, collect insights, and help deliver engaging experiences for members.

This opportunity is well suited to students, fresh graduates, or anyone eager to build practical startup experience.

What You'll Do

• Connect with community members through both digital and in-person touchpoints
• Plan, support, and host community events and activities
• Assist with onboarding users and driving community growth efforts
• Collect member feedback and spot ways to improve the overall experience
• Support partnership outreach, promotional efforts, and social media tasks

Compensation

The role offers a monthly pay of AED 600 to AED 1,000.
