We are looking for a Communications and Engagement Intern to join our diverse and high-achieving team based in London. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow professionally and actively contribute as part of a dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing communications for internal initiatives such as newsletters, Townhalls, intranet pages, and leadership messages.
• Develop a range of polished, engaging materials to enhance both internal and external communications.
• Provide expertise in communications to support change management projects.
• Help formulate training programs aimed at enhancing skills in change management and communications.
• Collaborate with consultants to design and implement standardized best-practice change management and communication tools tailored for client projects.
• Organize and maintain a repository of communications and change management samples for easy access by the consulting team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of client engagement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be present onsite at the London office at least three days per week.
• Possess two or more years of academic or professional experience in areas involving copywriting and communications.
• Excellent written communication capabilities, able to craft compelling and straightforward messages using various communication tools.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate briefs into effective communication outputs.
• Strong eye for visual design coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Innovative and curious mindset with strong conceptual thinking skills.
• Highly self-driven and organized, able to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Effective collaborator who thrives working with diverse teams to identify optimal solutions.
