About the Role

Hisham Albloshi Holding Group is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join their kitchen team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about culinary arts and eager to work in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items and ingredients as assigned.
• Adhere strictly to recipes and maintain required quality standards.
• Provide support in the preparation of desserts and pastries; experience in this area is an advantage.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and follows food safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Commis Chef or Assistant Chef is required.
• Experience with dessert or pastry preparation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, dedication, and teamwork spirit.
