Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Commercial Property Consultant to join our Commercial Division. This role involves managing client inquiries and business leads, developing new commercial opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to client questions and commercial leads promptly.
• Discover and cultivate new business prospects within the commercial property sector.
• Conduct meetings to present commercial proposals effectively.
• Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close commercial deals.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of opportunities using CRM systems.
• Prepare contracts and essential commercial documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Engage in proactive outreach and networking to generate fresh business.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of commercial sales experience specifically within Qatar.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Holding a valid Qatar driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle.
• Must currently reside in Qatar.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be advantageous.
• Result-oriented with a strong target-driven work ethic.
• Excellent self-management and organizational abilities.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
