The commercial team is responsible for membership acquisition, business-to-business partnerships, corporate health, and sales-driven clinical upsell.

What you will do

In this internship, you will support the commercial team across CRM administration, reporting, outreach, and general sales support. You will work closely with the CCO and senior sales consultants while contributing to the day-to-day running of the commercial function.

Systems and CRM

  • Help with the move to HubSpot Sales Hub and the ongoing management of the CRM, including keeping data tidy, maintaining pipeline stages, and configuring fields.
  • Assist with setup and testing of Freshchat and other sales tools together with external contractors.
  • Keep records accurate and consistent across the CRM and related tools so that pipeline reporting remains dependable.

Data and reporting

  • Bring together and clean pipeline and lead information from different source files.
  • Create and update simple trackers and dashboards, such as funnels by source, conversion metrics, and weekly movement reports.
  • Help prepare content and materials for weekly sales and leadership meetings.

Outreach support

  • Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns and list building using Dripify, following the targeting rules provided by the team.
  • Monitor response rates and identify qualified conversations for the sales team to follow up on.
  • Assist with coordination and scheduling for tours and consultations using the team's existing workflow.

General commercial administration

  • Prepare and format sales and partnership documents and materials.
  • Support B2B pipeline administration and meeting coordination.
  • Handle ad hoc research and administrative tasks for the CCO and sales team.

Requirements

Applicants should be studying or have recently graduated in a field such as business, commerce, data, or something closely related. Strong spreadsheet ability is important, especially with Excel formulas and pivot tables. Familiarity with CRM systems or SQL is helpful but not mandatory.
