Role Overview
The position of Collection Executive or Officer centers around Feet-on-Street (FOS) duties, involving direct in-person engagement with clients. This role requires frequent field visits to meet borrowers and oversee the collection and documentation related to agricultural and MSME loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular on-site visits to borrowers for follow-ups on outstanding loan payments.
- Collecting necessary paperwork, including KYC documents, and managing application materials pertinent to agriculture and micro-enterprise finance.
- Supporting the branch staff by aiding lead generation initiatives and assisting in loan processing tasks.

Compensation
