New York Empire Baseball is seeking a full-time Coach and Instructor to join its respected coaching team in New York, New York. This position is centered on helping young baseball players grow through high-quality instruction, motivation, and player development. The organization blends traditional coaching with modern science- and technology-driven training methods, so the right person will be ready to learn and adapt to its approach.

What the role involves

The coach will work with players both on the field and in the indoor training facility known as The Arena. The role calls for someone who can guide athletes, encourage them, and help them improve over time while contributing to the organization’s strong culture and standards.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to support player development through direct coaching, ongoing communication, and consistent instruction.

• Coach, train, and motivate players during all interactions, whether on or off the field.
• Stay in contact with players and their families during and between seasons to support continued development.
• Learn and apply the organization’s teaching methods, training models, and technology tools.
• Continue building coaching knowledge and refining instructional techniques over time.
• Help keep training equipment in good condition and maintain a safe environment for staff, players, and families.

Requirements
