Role Overview

This entry-level Co-Founder role is fully remote and requires a full-time commitment. The position involves shaping the company's vision, strategic planning, and roadmap to align with Dududaa’s mission of ethical, human-centric technology and collaborative open-source development. Key daily tasks include leading business growth efforts, managing client relationships, discovering new market possibilities, collaborating with technical and design teams to prioritize initiatives and refine product ideas, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Additional duties include establishing partnerships, representing the organization at community and industry events, overseeing critical operations, and nurturing a culture of openness, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
