Role Overview

The position available is for a full-time CNC Turning Machinist at the Bengaluru facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to fabricate precise components and assemblies, ensuring production efficiency and adherence to high-quality standards within a non-site role involving close collaboration with the technical team.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of CNC Turning machines, their operation, and programming.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• In-depth understanding of cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and related CNC turning equipment.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools including micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
• Awareness of metal material properties, optimal cutting speeds, feeds, and fundamental manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for diagnosing and resolving machine-related issues effectively.
• Good communication skills, positive mindset, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; trade qualifications are advantageous.
• Experience with G-Code programming, CAM software, and Fanuc controllers is desirable but not mandatory.
