Cluster Lead – TechBee Sourcing

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a Cluster Lead focused on TechBee sourcing in Anantapur. The role centers on driving outreach, candidate mobilization, and regional engagement for the TechBee Early Career Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run sourcing initiatives across the assigned district or cluster.
• Build a pipeline of leads and maintain strong relationships with government departments, schools and colleges, NGOs, and other local partners.
• Work with Education, Employment, Skilling, and Welfare authorities to support outreach and candidate assessments.
• Visit schools and junior colleges to conduct awareness sessions and mobilize potential candidates.
• Advise principals, students, parents, and other stakeholders, and support the assessment and onboarding process.
• Manage district-level assessments, interview coordination, and versant-related activities.
• Deliver sourcing and onboarding outcomes for TechBee cohorts as per target.
• Arrange workshops and engagement sessions with principals, education officials, parents, and district-level partners.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to assist candidates with education loan processing.
• Represent the program at government and district events to build awareness and visibility.
• Travel to schools and NGOs for outreach, counselling, awareness drives, and assessments.
• Help eligible candidates complete their applications on NPF and support families through the evaluation and interview stages.
• Take on other duties assigned by the manager or organization.

Requirements

• A graduate qualification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in education sales is expected.
• Willingness to work from the office for 6 days a week.
• Ability to travel 3 to 4 days each week within the cluster.
• Comfort handling field-based coordination, stakeholder engagement, and candidate counselling.

Work Conditions

• The role is based onsite in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to policy, subject to timely submission of bills.
