Business Analyst - Lending Domain

Role overview

HCLTech is looking for a Business Analyst with a solid background in the lending domain to contribute to requirement discovery, solution shaping, and delivery for corporate and commercial lending programs. Experience with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) is a strong plus.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture, assess, and record requirements across the lending journey, including origination, servicing, syndication, and repayments.
• Convert business needs into well-defined functional specifications and user stories.
• Serve as the connection point between business, product, and technology groups to keep expectations aligned and communication clear.
• Assist with impact assessment, UAT preparation, review of test cases, and production-readiness activities.
• Take part in workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder review sessions.
• Help ensure lending-system changes meet regulatory expectations and risk-related controls.

Preferred profile

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to lending processes and should be comfortable working across multiple teams to shape requirements and support delivery. Familiarity with ACBS will be considered an advantage.
