Job Overview

This role involves performing daily administrative tasks in support of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and the Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) teams to ensure the accurate completion and delivery of the Trial Master File (TMF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CRAs and RSU team by updating and maintaining clinical documentation and systems, including the Trial Master File, to monitor site compliance and maintain project timelines.
  • Assist in preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documents and reports, adhering to standard operating procedures and project scope.
  • Contribute to periodic reviews of study files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Support CRAs and RSU with management and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and associated tracking data.
  • Manage tracking of Case Report Forms (CRFs), resolving queries, and maintaining clinical data flow.
  • Serve as a central communications point for the clinical team regarding designated project matters, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Potentially accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties after completing necessary training.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience providing administrative support.
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training is acceptable.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good command of English.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capable of developing and maintaining productive working relationships with colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Basic awareness of clinical research regulatory standards such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, to be enhanced through company training.
  • Understanding of applicable protocol requirements, also to be gained from company training.
