Clinic Coordinator - Cork Clinic

About the role

Hidden Hearing is looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join the Cork Hearing Centre team and support patients in Cork and the wider surrounding area. The role suits someone who wants to grow a career in a patient-focused environment while helping people access better hearing care every day.

What you will do

• Handle a high standard of patient care across inbound and outbound calls for the Cork region.
• Manage telemarketing activity, including follow-up of leads and ongoing call handling for the area.
• Work toward weekly, quarterly, and annual targets while keeping clinic diaries fully booked.
• Complete around 80 or more calls each day as part of the expected daily activity.
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently reflect the company’s core values in day-to-day interactions.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will enjoy helping people, take pride in their work, and be comfortable handling a busy call-based role. Prior telemarketing experience would be helpful, though it is described as an advantage rather than a strict requirement.

Compensation and benefits

This position includes a base salary of €30,000 per year, plus commission. On-target earnings are stated as approximately €40,000 annually, with an overall earning range of €30,000 to €40,000 per year.
