About the Role
Kotak Life Insurance invites applications for the position of Client Relationship Executive based in Naktala / Garia, Kolkata. This role involves engaging directly with clients to foster strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction while driving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with current customers to build loyalty.
- Support customers with policy management tasks such as servicing, renewals, and handling necessary documentation.
- Address and resolve client inquiries to deliver a smooth and positive service experience.
- Promote and sell additional insurance products aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with branch teams to meet set business targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups ensuring client contentment and trust.
