Overview
Join Tata AIA Life Insurance as a Client Relationship Executive based at their Chandni Chowk office in Kolkata. This role invites both fresh graduates and experienced professionals to engage in managing client relations effectively within the insurance sector.
Key Duties
- Build and nurture ongoing relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries related to their policies and assist with service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups ensuring all customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients as well as managing the related documentation efficiently.
