Role Overview
The position involves overseeing and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, maintaining detailed documentation for new team members, and ensuring their activation within the organization. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate client information and fostering strong relationships both with new team members and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment workflow.
- Ensure proper documentation and records for each new team member.
- Facilitate activation and onboarding of new team members.
- Manage and maintain up-to-date client databases.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new employees and clients.
