About the role

Join EY’s Business Development function in Doha to support growth across MENA and Growth Markets. This position is focused on clients, market engagement, and building on EY’s global reach to create solutions for complex business needs. You will partner with service line leaders, Regional Managing Partners, and business development teams to shape go-to-market plans, manage account opportunities, and drive high-value pursuits.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, especially senior decision-makers, and serve as a consultative advisor who can identify needs and recommend value-adding solutions.

  • Support account management excellence using EY frameworks, track pipeline movement and market trends, and contribute to revenue planning.
  • Coach and support junior business development professionals and client-facing teams to strengthen overall team performance.
