Civil CAD Trainer

Job Overview

Pumo Technovation India Private Limited is seeking a proficient Technical Trainer specializing in Civil CAD software including BIM Architecture & Structure, AVEVA E3D, Revit MEP, TEKLA, and HVAC. The position is full-time and based on-site at locations such as Ambattur, Poonamalle, Vadapalani, and Guduvanchery in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create and regularly update educational materials, exercises, and assessments tailored to trainee needs.
• Adapt course content to meet specific student or client requirements effectively.
• Deliver clear instruction from basic concepts to advanced topics across chosen software platforms.
• Lead trainees through real-world projects while instilling industry best practices.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Keep current with software updates and evolving industry standards.
• Offer ongoing technical assistance after training sessions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Expertise in at least two of the following software tools: E-CAD, AVEVA E3D, TEKLA, BIM Architecture & Structure, Revit MEP (including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Hands-on experience ranging from one to three years in relevant civil CAD software.
• Preferably hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in training or teaching roles is considered beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary ranges between ₹20,000 and ₹40,000 per month. Benefits include paid sick leave and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
