About the Role
Join Haven as a Chopstix Team Member based in Exmouth, where you'll deliver flavorsome, freshly prepared pan-Asian noodle and rice dishes to our guests and owners. This role offers a dynamic work environment blending fast-paced food preparation with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently take orders while assisting with menu inquiries.
- Prepare, cook, portion, and serve high-quality noodle and rice dishes adhering to Chopstix standards.
- Manage order processing and payments promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards throughout the kitchen areas.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure rapid service and guest satisfaction during busy periods.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, complying with health and safety rules involving hot kitchen equipment use.
- Previous experience in hospitality, takeaway, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a kitchen environment, especially during peak service hours.
- Keen attention to detail regarding hygiene and customer service quality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
