About the Firm
A well-established law firm with multiple offices is looking to appoint a Chief Operating Officer in Chicago, Illinois. The firm has expanded to a level that requires dedicated executive leadership to enhance operational management and provide more structure and support to the leadership team.
Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will collaborate closely with the firm's leadership to oversee everyday management and guide the operational strategy of the business. The role is designed to strengthen the management framework, enhance coordination across departments, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the firm
