Chief Growth Officer - Co Founder

Role overview

This is a senior, full-time position in Riyadh for a co-founder-level leader who will shape and accelerate the commercial growth of Excellence Pro. The role is centered on expanding the business, sharpening its market position, and building durable relationships with institutional customers and ecosystem partners.

Growth leadership

You will own the creation of growth strategy, evaluate and prioritize new markets and customer groups, and direct initiatives that improve market reach and revenue momentum. The role also includes overseeing sales and marketing direction, supporting go-to-market execution, and continuously refining the company’s value proposition.

Strategic alignment

The position requires close alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and institutional excellence frameworks, ensuring that the platform’s positioning and offerings support broader national and organizational goals. You will work across product, operations, and leadership teams to make sure client needs are translated into measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.

External representation and partnerships

A key part of the job is developing long-term partnerships with institutional clients and important stakeholders across the ecosystem. You will represent the company in relevant industry settings, engage senior decision-makers, and help strengthen the organization’s external visibility and credibility.

Performance and commercial execution

In day-to-day work, you will define growth targets, monitor performance indicators, and adjust plans based on results. The role also includes contributing to fundraising efforts and investor relations when needed, supporting the company’s broader expansion agenda.
