Role Overview
An established multi-billion-dollar group headquartered in Dubai is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and support enterprise-wide transformation. The position calls for a seasoned executive who has worked in large, complex organizations and has repeatedly delivered change, growth, and stronger business performance.
Key Focus Areas
The CFO will be expected to bring strong command over corporate finance and business finance, along with practical expertise in debt and equity fundraising, capital structuring, and strategic financing. The role also requires the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with global banks, financial institutions, and investors, while leading major capital-raising initiatives.
Leadership Expectations
This is a senior leadership appointment that demands excellent stakeholder management, strategic business partnering, and the ability to guide organizational change at scale. The selected candidate should be able to influence across the business and support long-term financial strategy.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
- MBA is preferred.
- More than 20 years of relevant experience, including substantial exposure to large and diversified businesses.
