Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Extensive prior experience as a CEO in multiple software companies.
- Proven success in managing private equity-backed vertical market software firms through considerable revenue growth.
- Experience collaborating with top-tier private equity sponsors such as Hg, Vista Equity Partners, Thoma Bravo, TA Associates, Genstar Capital, Francisco Partners, EQT, or Insight Partners.
