Role Summary
This is a full-time remote leadership position for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will set the strategic direction of the business, clearly communicate the company vision, and make sure operating plans support long-term value creation. The role also includes overseeing financial outcomes, capital deployment, and risk controls, while working closely with senior leadership to improve operations, technology, and infrastructure.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide organization-wide leadership and guide the company’s strategic priorities.
- Shape, communicate, and reinforce the firm’s vision and long-term growth agenda.
- Monitor financial performance, capital allocation decisions, and enterprise risk.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to strengthen operational efficiency, technology, and core infrastructure.
- Lead business development and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company with regulators, external stakeholders, and the broader market.
- Direct executive team performance and support accountability across leadership.
- Promote an inclusive, high-achieving workplace culture.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ethical standards throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of finance, including financial analysis, capital markets, and investment performance oversight.
- Strong background in operations leadership, with experience improving processes, systems, and teams across multiple locations.
- Proven capability in business planning and strategic planning, including goal setting, growth execution, and risk management.
- History of driving sales and revenue growth while managing investor, client, and partner relationships.
- Broad executive experience in investment management, real estate, or a closely related financial services field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with influence at senior levels.
- Commitment to ethical leadership and support for diversity, equity, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent executive experience may also be considered.
