Ameera Talent Solutions has been appointed to run a confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer to join a long-standing and expanding consulting business in Saudi Arabia. The role offers the chance to guide the organisation through its next growth phase, with clear ambitions for expansion and a future public listing.

The ideal leader will bring strong commercial judgment, financial discipline, and strategic clarity, with the ability to scale a consulting firm while protecting operational quality, governance standards, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the company’s strategic direction and turn long-term growth plans into action.
• Accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and expansion across Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
• Steer the business toward IPO readiness by strengthening operational and financial preparedness for investors.
• Own overall financial results, including profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long-range planning.
• Recruit, guide, and develop a strong executive leadership team.
• Improve governance, compliance, operating standards, and risk controls.
• Lead transformation efforts that increase scalability, efficiency, and durable growth.
• Maintain effective relationships with the Board, shareholders, partners, government bodies, investors, and major clients.
• Keep the Board informed with regular strategic updates and ensure business targets are achieved.

Candidate Profile

The organisation is seeking an established senior executive with a history of leading consulting or professional services businesses successfully.

• Background in a senior leadership role such as CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager, or Business Unit Director within consulting, advisory, or professional services.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong record of creating and implementing strategies that deliver sustainable commercial growth.
• Deep financial and commercial capability, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Good understanding of governance, Board-level reporting, executive accountability, and decision-making.
• Experience leading organisational change and business transformation in complex environments.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence boards, investors, government stakeholders, shareholders, and senior leaders.
• Exposure to IPO preparation, private equity, M&A, or large-scale restructuring will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Additional Information

Working pattern: Full-time, office-based, and on-site executive leadership role.

Saudi nationals are strongly preferred. Outstanding international candidates with substantial consulting leadership experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi market may also be considered.
