Chief Executive Officer

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead our company from Dubai and drive the next phase of expansion. Our business connects products, brands, and distribution channels to supermarkets, convenience stores, HORECA, and food-service operators across the region. We need a visionary leader who can innovate value creation, explore new markets and channels, and cultivate an agile and ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the company's vision and execute a clear, ambitious business strategy targeting retail and food-service customers.
• Manage full profit and loss responsibilities with a focus on sustainable revenue, margin, and cash flow growth while maximizing long-term enterprise value.
• Innovate by identifying new business models, channels, partnerships, categories, and revenue streams beyond existing operations.
• Build and inspire a high-performance executive team and foster a strong company culture driven by results and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Serve as the company's representative to the board, shareholders, key customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Set strategic direction and translate it into measurable business objectives.
• Enhance commercial excellence encompassing sales, pricing, category management, and route-to-market strategies.
• Oversee operational and supply chain efficiency to ensure quality service at scale.
• Drive growth through market expansion, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide transparent performance, risk, and strategy reporting to the board.

Required Experience and Background

• At least 10 years of professional experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Minimum of 4 years serving as CEO, General Manager, or a comparable top executive role.
• Experience within or servicing retail and/or food-service industries such as FMCG, distribution, or food supply in a B2B context.
• Proven track record in growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value with strong commercial and operational skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market, its customers, and business climate.
• Established network in regional retail, distribution, and food-service sectors.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience in scaling businesses, entering new markets, or leading transformations and turnarounds.
