Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Follow directions from department managers and help oversee food quality and hygiene standards.
• Emulate the standards of excellence and efficiency set by the Head Chef.
• Strictly adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and timely service.
• Support kitchen colleagues in maintaining proper hygiene during food preparation and storage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel kitchen or similar culinary role.
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for food.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Capability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and compliance requirements.
