Job Overview
We are seeking a chef cook to join our culinary team at the H+ Hotel Lübeck. This full-time, permanent position is based onsite in Lübeck with a planned start date of July 16, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients, organize the kitchen workspace, and ensure proper storage for a clean start to each day.
- Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes, focusing on quality, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and service staff to support both à la carte and breakfast operations.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP protocols, working methodically and responsibly.
Candidate Profile
- Completed culinary training or equivalent experience as a career changer with initial work exposure.
- Passionate about food, cooking, and creative meal preparation.
- Reliable, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and well-organized in their work approach.
- Responsible and dependable individual.
- Good command of German; English skills are advantageous.
