About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to enhance customer interactions through effective communication. This position involves handling customer accounts, managing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to applicants, customers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Professionally respond to inbound and outbound customer messages with accuracy.
- Record all account changes, case notes, questions, and resolutions thoroughly in internal systems.
- Carefully assess customer details and escalate complicated or sensitive issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt follow-ups and issue resolutions.
- Uphold quality standards, confidentiality, and maintain courteous communication throughout interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, organizational skills, and dependability.
- Ability to work remotely with accountability and commitment to task completion.
- Comfortable functioning within a structured corporate setting.
- Competency in accurately managing documentation, record keeping, and operational systems.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and adherence to established workflows.
