About the Role
We seek a proactive and results-driven Channel Development Manager experienced in the real estate sector. The role focuses on expanding company reach by sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining strong partnerships with channel participants such as brokers, real estate agents, and wealth management firms. The objective is to accelerate sales through an active, loyal channel network.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Between 3 and 7 years of practical experience in Channel Sales or Channel Development specifically in the real estate industry.
- Possession of a well-established and currently active network of real estate brokers and channel associates within the local market.
- Excellent abilities in negotiation, communication, interpersonal relations, and strong presentation capabilities.
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset suitable for thriving in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 30000 to 85000 INR.
