Change Management Analyst

Overview

The Australian Taxation Office is looking for Change Management Analysts to join its Enterprise Solutions and Technology team. This role focuses on delivering and continually enhancing client-centric organisational, cultural, and technological change efforts in line with the ATO's Enterprise Change Management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the effects of change and assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive change strategies.
• Develop communication plans and engage stakeholders effectively throughout the change process.
• Support the planning and coordination of change initiatives across various projects or programs, managing priorities judiciously.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, offer expert advice, and drive improvements in change management methodologies to boost organisational capabilities.

Positions may be offered as ongoing or fixed-term roles at multiple locations including Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville, or Wollongong.
