CEO / Co-Founder - Seed Fundraising

About the role

Skillscaper is an early-stage French startup working on immersive assessment tools for healthcare, elderly care, home care, training providers, certification organizations, and other businesses that need to measure real-world job readiness. The company already has a working platform, product demos, a defined healthcare focus, and an experienced founding team. It is now seeking a CEO / Co-Founder to help drive the next phase of growth from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Priority objective

The immediate goal is to support a seed round of around €1.5M. The person in this role should be able to quickly open meaningful investor discussions, build confidence with strategic partners, and help position the company with the right investors, family offices, institutions, and commercial collaborators.

What the role involves

• Taking the lead in the seed fundraising effort or providing hands-on support where needed.
• Starting conversations with investors and identifying partnership opportunities.
• Contributing to Skillscaper’s market-entry strategy for Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Serving as a credible external representative with investors, institutions, and senior stakeholders.
• Working closely with the founding team on strategy, positioning, and execution.
• Turning interest from investors and partners into funding, pilots, partnerships, and business traction.

Ideal background

• Existing access to investors, family offices, funds, or strategic partners.
• Experience in fundraising, investing, corporate development, or senior business development.
• Strong standing and credibility in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or international markets.
• Comfort representing a company with investors, institutions, and decision-makers at a senior level.
• A strong entrepreneurial approach and willingness to join an early-stage venture.
• Interest in healthcare, care services, education, workforce development, AI, assessment, or digital transformation.

Compensation and status

This is an equity-based opportunity at the current stage, continuing until funding is secured or the company generates enough revenue. A salary is planned for after fundraising, depending on the financing structure and overall company plan. This opportunity is intended for someone who will be actively involved in the business, not for a purely advisory participant.

Skillscaper is looking for a co-founder who is commercially proactive, responsive, and capable of helping move the company forward in a very practical way.
