Role overview

This casual role is suited to people who enjoy helping customers and bringing a positive, can-do approach to work. As a casual team member, you will support shoppers and contribute across different parts of the store, so the work will be varied from day to day.

The position offers broad variety, regular customer contact, and the chance to build skills while growing within the business. The team is looking for someone who works well with others, shows initiative, and is happy to assist customers with product questions and service needs.

Please note that this is a casual position with no fixed number of weekly hours.

About you

Previous experience in customer-facing work, including retail or hospitality, would be helpful but is not essential. What matters most is clear communication, a positive outlook, and a willingness to learn.

You should also be comfortable being on your feet for long periods, using ladders, and handling some heavier lifting.
