Role Overview
As a Porter, you will be a vital initial point of contact, warmly greeting guests and assisting them through their stay with attentive, customised service. Responsibilities include helping with guest arrivals, parking assistance, managing luggage, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance guests' experiences of both the hotel and local area. A collaborative approach and effective communication with other hotel departments are essential to ensure smooth, high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests to provide a positive first impression.
- Assist with arrivals including valet parking and luggage handling.
- Offer personalised guidance and recommendations on hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Coordinate with hotel teams to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, permanent position working five days per week, including weekends on a rota, totaling approximately 40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling where possible.
