Role overview

In addition, you will work with both internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements, align communication, and support case resolution. You will also contribute to process improvements, workflow updates, and readiness efforts that strengthen scalable reimbursement support services.

This position is a standard full-time role based in St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a similar field. A certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, CRM systems, or process improvement is preferred.
