CASA Sales Officer

About the Role and Organization

Join Axis Bank as a CASA Sales Officer where you will be responsible for driving the growth of Current Account and Savings Account businesses. The position is on-roll with Axis Bank and offers an attractive pay structure including a base take-home salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Current and Savings Accounts to acquire new customers.
• Engage in local marketing activities requiring regular travel to connect with prospective clients.
• Reach out to existing customers to encourage additional deposits and cross-sell various bank products.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
• Maintain daily records of customer interactions using the bank’s CRM system.
• Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines for each activity.
• Participate in mandatory bank training and certification programs, including AMFI and EUIN certifications.
• Contribute actively to various initiatives and learning opportunities introduced by the bank over time.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Possession of any degree is mandatory.
• Must have a valid driving license and ownership of a bike, as local mobility is essential.
• Open to candidates across India.

Career Path

Compensation

The total salary package includes a Cost To Company (CTC) of approximately INR 19,800, with a take-home salary of INR 16,500 plus incentives that can range from INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month.
