Overview
This role is for an in-home caregiver in Fort Myers, Florida, focused on delivering dependable, compassionate support to clients in their homes. The employer is seeking people who want steady work, weekly pay, and the chance to do meaningful care work with a supportive team.
Caregivers with HHA or CNA credentials are especially encouraged, as they may qualify for higher pay.
Compensation and benefits
- Standard pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit.
- After the first 8 weeks, HHA/CNA drivers may earn $16.50 to $17.00 per hour.
- A caregiver referral bonus of $700 is available.
- Paid training is provided.

Role overview
This position involves building trusting relationships with clients while providing companionship and hands-on personal care. The work also includes helping with day-to-day household support and maintaining a consistent care routine.
Key duties
- Offer companionship and supportive caregiving that helps clients feel comfortable and cared for.
- Assist with meal preparation and light household cleaning tasks.
- Provide personal care support such as grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and help with incontinence care.
Support for employees
- Qualified applicants may receive quick placement into the job.

- A mobile app is available to help with client updates, scheduling, and tracking earnings.
Requirements
- Applicants should have some caregiving experience, either professionally or through unpaid family care.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving history are required.
- Candidates must be willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client or clients so that care remains consistent.
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required; multilingual candidates are welcome.
- Any required compliance, licensing, or registration steps must be completed.
Important note on higher pay eligibility
To qualify for the wage increase after 8 weeks, the worker must meet the employer’s driver standards, including a valid U.S. driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record. The applicant must also provide proof of having passed the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam in the past or hold an active HHA, RN, CNA, or LNA license. In addition, the person must complete at least 20 visits during the first 8 weeks of employment and remain in good standing with the employer.
