About the Role
We seek a skilled pastry artist with a flair for creativity capable of transforming concepts into beautiful edible creations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adorn bespoke cakes tailored for various celebrations and special occasions.
- Craft refined, contemporary, and artistic cake finishes.
- Prepare components such as buttercream, fondant, sugar embellishments, and specialty sweets.
- Maintain uniformity, superior quality, and attractive presentation standards.
- Work in partnership with the pastry and kitchen teams to develop seasonal specialty products.
