Job Overview
The CAFM Operator is responsible for leading the management, data accuracy, and performance evaluation of the Computer-Aided Facilities Management platform across all operational locations. The role ensures that asset maintenance, tracking, and reporting are digitally integrated and aligned with company objectives, contractual KPIs, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the CAFM system to ensure precise asset registration, preventive maintenance scheduling, and tracking of reactive work orders.
- Drive the configuration and deployment of CAFM modules across various facilities management sectors including Hard, Soft, and Specialized Services.
- Create standardized reports for operational dashboards and key performance indicators such as SLA compliance, backlog monitoring, and technician productivity.
- Conduct training sessions for facilities management staff, contractors, and helpdesk teams to promote uniform use of CAFM workflows and procedures.
- Liaise with IT and ERP departments to integrate CAFM with procurement, human resources, and inventory management systems.
- Carry out regular data audits and validation to maintain data integrity, completeness, and compliance of asset and service information.
- Assist FM Management by analyzing CAFM data for performance evaluation, budgeting support, and service re-tendering processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Facilities Management.
- Certification in CAFM platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least five years of professional experience in CAFM operations and digital maintenance systems, ideally within a multi-site facilities management setting.
- Strong understanding of CAFM systems such as IBM Maximo, Archibus, and Concept Evolution; knowledge of asset hierarchies, service level agreement management, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Proficient in data analysis, SQL and reporting tools, user training, process improvement, and troubleshooting system-related issues.
