About the Role
We are seeking experienced Cafe Managers to join our team across various locations in India including Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Delhi/NCR. This role entails overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing teams effectively, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the cafe.
- Deliver superior customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage cafe staff to meet performance goals and maintain discipline.
- Achieve designated business targets and operational benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role, preferably within the coffee industry or quick service restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Graduate or diploma holder across any discipline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
