About the Role

Transguard Workforce Solutions, a prominent HR solutions provider in the UAE with over a decade of regional expertise, is hiring a dedicated Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew member to operate from Dubai for one of its clients.

Primary Duties

• Participate in pre-flight briefings to understand assigned duties and seating positions.
• Welcome passengers during boarding and disembarkation and assist them in settling comfortably.
• Conduct safety checks of the cabin and cargo areas before departure, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
• Deliver clear and professional safety demonstrations.
• Continuously oversee the cabin environment throughout the flight.
• Offer individualized support to passengers as needed.
• Maintain calmness and support passengers effectively during emergency situations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between two to five years of relevant experience as cabin crew or flight attendant.
• Possession of a valid GCAA license is mandatory.
• Experience working with private jets is considered a beneficial asset.
