About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-volume talent acquisition sourcer for a 12-month contract position based in Arlington, VA and Seattle, WA. The recruiter will be responsible for managing around 25 active job requisitions simultaneously, focusing on candidate sourcing, engagement, and collaborating closely with recruiting partners and hiring managers to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates for key roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 25 active requisitions at a time, ensuring steady candidate pipelines.
- Review applications diligently and engage with prospective candidates effectively.
- Partner with business recruiting teams and hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing or end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding recruitment KPIs.
- Proficient with diverse sourcing techniques, platforms, and Boolean search methodologies.
- Skilled in passive candidate outreach and engagement.
- Excellent communication abilities and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Capable of working successfully within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience within a Fortune 100 technology company is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges between $35 and $37, dependent on skills, experience, and educational background. Benefits commence after 30 days of employment and include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, options for Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) are available. Employees will also have access to 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching, paid sick leave, and other legally mandated paid time off.
