About the role
An established organisation is hiring a seasoned professional to lead process improvement work across several departments. The role focuses on reviewing how work is currently done, spotting opportunities to make operations more efficient, and helping deliver broader transformation efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Review current business processes and pinpoint areas where performance can be improved.
- Document both existing and redesigned workflows in clear process maps.
- Run workshops with key stakeholders to gather input and align on changes.
- Prepare standard operating procedures and related process documents.
- Contribute to Lean and ongoing continuous improvement programmes.
- Build business cases and supporting documentation for process changes.
- Follow up on the rollout of improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to streamline operations.
- Measure KPIs and assess process effectiveness over time.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence.
- Hands-on exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management methods.
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and drive collaboration.
- Proven experience creating process maps and documentation.
- Prior experience in financial services is helpful, though not mandatory.
