Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst located in Toronto, ON to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This role requires the candidate to work onsite two days per week and specialize in the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Apply 4 to 6 years of expertise in business process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis.
- Design and map processes effectively, develop workflows, and maintain thorough documentation of business processes.
- Engage in requirements gathering, manage stakeholders, and facilitate workshops to drive solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Visio or comparable tools for process mapping purposes.
- Understand business process management (BPM), governance protocols, continuous improvement strategies, and operational transformations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
The position is compensated with an hourly rate ranging between 35 and 40 Canadian dollars. The deadline for applications is July 22, 2026.
