We are looking for a seasoned Business Operations & Strategy Coach to support clients aiming to enter or advance in operations and strategy roles. This position involves teaching fundamental business strategy development, operations management, and process enhancement. You will assist clients in developing project management capabilities and applying financial analyses, competitive intelligence, and market research to practical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Coaches offer guidance on cutting-edge tools including AI fundamentals and AI-driven automation. They also aid in career development by reviewing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters, and provide coaching on interview preparation, networking tactics, and negotiation skills specialized for operations and strategy professions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on expertise in business operations or strategy—such as roles like operations lead or strategy consultant—with a proven history of enhancing efficiency and driving growth. They should have a well-organized approach to mentoring clients in both technical skills and career advancement.
