Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in converting cold leads into loyal, repeat buyers.
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals, preferably in fashion, apparel, or luxury sectors.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively under pressure to achieve sales goals.
- Strong numerical aptitude with proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Capacity to work on-site in Los Angeles and undertake frequent short business trips.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Work closely with the CEO in a dynamic, flexible team environment with ongoing direct mentorship and training.
- Competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year plus a 3% monthly commission on sales.
- Quarterly performance bonuses, annual guaranteed bonuses, and loyalty incentives with salary evaluations every six months offering 2-5% raises based on performance.
- Potential earnings of $80,000 to $100,000+ in the first year and $100,000 to $150,000+ in the second year for top performers.
- Additional perks include a product allowance, invitations to fashion events, company-sponsored travel to 10-15 industry trade shows/fashion weeks annually, and a stylish Los Angeles office with remote flexibility.
- Career advancement opportunities with dedicated training budgets and guidance from industry veterans.
- Eligibility for company net profit sharing.
