Role Overview
WeFlow Agency is hiring a Business Development Officer to help expand its presence in both local and overseas markets. The role focuses on finding new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and supporting growth initiatives for an IT services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and actively follow up on fresh business prospects in domestic as well as international markets.
- Develop, strengthen, and preserve productive long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Draft and submit weekly and monthly updates on business development activities and progress.
- Keep organized records of meetings, agreements, contracts, and all related correspondence.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a similar discipline.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the IT sector.
- Good knowledge of IT services, software products, or digital solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
