Role Overview

My Nesthub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic Business Development & Marketing Executive to support its expansion efforts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This is a full-time position suited to candidates with 0–1 year of experience, and freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. The role combines lead generation, client relationship management, market research, sales support, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will help create new business opportunities, manage client communication, support proposal creation, and coordinate with internal teams to keep onboarding and execution running smoothly. The role also includes maintaining sales records, supporting campaigns, and representing the company professionally in meetings and networking settings.

Detailed Duties

• Source and develop fresh business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Nurture relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Carry out market analysis to uncover opportunities and track industry movement.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Draft proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for business discussions.
• Track leads carefully and keep the sales funnel active through timely follow-ups.
• Support the planning and rollout of marketing initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and project delivery stay on track.
• Update records related to leads, client interactions, and sales activity with accuracy.
• Attend meetings and networking events while presenting the company in a professional manner when needed.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Candidates with BBA, B.Com, BMS, or an MBA in Marketing are preferred. Applicants who are freshers but have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.

Required and Preferred Skills

The role calls for strong communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities, along with a practical understanding of sales and marketing basics. Comfort with digital marketing tools, social platforms, office productivity software, and structured organization is important. Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns is an added advantage.
