Position Overview

The Business Development Manager role is focused on driving sustainable, organic growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and building a robust revenue pipeline. This position plays a critical role in bridging market potential with effective business execution to support long-term growth goals, particularly in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and assess new market opportunities, customer segments, and areas for growth within the fintech sector.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Generate qualified business prospects through networking events, conferences, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Create customized commercial proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives.
• Assist in deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and preparing offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align market demands and customer expectations with company strategies.
• Monitor pipeline progress and commercial initiatives via consistent reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management roles.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English at a professional level.
• Proven track record of proactively generating new business opportunities and managing commercial pipelines.
• Experience in managing enterprise client relationships and strategic partners.
• Solid understanding of fintech products, financial services, and digital transformation efforts.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of API architectures, integrations, and digital ecosystems.
• Familiarity with fintech solutions including payments, banking technology, AI/GenAI, and emerging financial services.
• Experience with digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Ability to align technology solutions with customer business challenges.
