About the Role
Join Solanova Tech Private Limited as a Business Development Manager in field sales, focusing on expanding solar rooftop projects in Gorakhpur and Khalilabad, Uttar Pradesh. Our mission is to make solar energy affordable and widely accessible. You'll be pivotal in generating leads, engaging with customers, and establishing strong local partnerships to promote solar solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and convert potential leads for solar rooftop installations.
- Conduct customer meetings and site evaluations to facilitate deal closures.
- Develop and maintain a robust presence in the local market by building partnerships.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales goals.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, B2C, or B2B, preferably within solar, energy, or electrical sectors.
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a readiness for extensive fieldwork.
- Familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and smartphone is necessary.
